First players there are first to golf.
Spots: 20 golfer maximum. Sign-up is on a first come basis and will only be accepted when payment is received by league organizer and 2010-2011 LPSC dues are paid. No exceptions!
Cost: $195 -- Includes League fee and discount Player's Advantage card. Add an additional $10 if you are a non-Chicago resident.
How to sign up: Mail your checks, payable to Lincoln Park Ski Club to: Charleen Benge, 1445 North State Parkway, #2103, Chicago, IL 60610 (DO NOT send checks to the LPSC P.O. Box). Please use a separate check for membership dues. Include your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.
LPSC Membership is required. You must be a member to play in the golf league. The new 2010-2011 membership year starts June 1, 2010. Membership is $20 for a renewal membership and $25 for a new membership. Please send a separate check and a membership form (also required) which can be found on our Web site: www.lincolnparkskiclub.org under the "Join" button.
LPSC Policy on "No-Shows": Please let us know ahead of time if you will miss a round. You may make arrangements with another LPSC member to take your place; however, such arrangements are between you and that member. If you fail to get a replacement, we may do so; however, you will not be given a refund for your missed round(s). We may get non-LPSC members as replacements. Proceeds we receive from the resale of no-show rounds will be deposited in the LPSC treasury or used for an end-of-golf-season party for LPSC Golf League members. LPSC members who did not sign up for the LPSC Golf League may take the place of "no-shows," if any, either by making arrangements directly with the "no-show," or by paying an $19.50 greens fee to LPSC before teeing off.
Due to the limited number of golf spots, we suggest you remit your payment today. We will not be adding additional spots -- no exceptions.
